The BLOG (weblog) is a natural extension of the "Chords" page and the "Music Theory Primer" (Cheery Theory). This is great for intermediate & advancing musicians (aren't we all, really) and even experienced players! Even if you're a beginner you'll notice when you hear the audio examples that indeed there are patterns and forms in songs even if you haven't quite put your "finger on it." Check out the always well traffic'd FREE mp3's page for anybody AND resources for musicians or those inquiring about taking music lessons. Be sure to visit (and even subscribe to) Denis' new "Bach’s Blog: 'Ear Changes' building up our natural ear for music." Denis' other services are also represented here. Explore it using the links at the side of the page to find out. Most of the site has resources for any musician's continual learning no matter what instrument you play whether or not you are taking lessons. If you're NOT a musician you'll find the "FREE mp3" page a great place to start and bookmark to check often for updates. It's by far the most popular page so join the crowd. It's there for anyone with mp3 tutorials for those (usually over 25) newbies. Play the "Simon" game while waiting on a download. The mp3 page has many links to free (and legal) mp3s. A new 4 song instrumental mp3 'Album' is up featuring a highly acclaimed live blues improvisation. The mp3s here are in 4 (broad) categories: 1. general songs  2. tracks minus the lead instrument (for musician's practice)  3. Christian songs.

Denis is a guitar teacher, keyboard teacher, drums teacher, bass teacher, and a music theory teacher. Denis also teaches improvisation skills, ear training, sight reading (any of these 3 on any instrument). Instruction also given in MIDI & Recording tech. Many good musicians have used him to 'bust out of ruts.'
